About the project

The new construction of this villa in an exceptional panoramic location in the immediate vicinity of the city of Turin was started by Südtirolhaus in spring 2020 and shortly before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the flat roof was made rainproof over the entire structure.

After a brief interruption to the construction work, the villa was nevertheless occupied by the satisfied customers in the fall of the same year.

Large and spacious rooms characterize this house, which is architecturally perfectly integrated into its surroundings. The floor-to-ceiling glazing nevertheless provides a view of the city and conveys a true feeling of space and openness.
