This house, built in the southern outskirts of Bologna, was constructed by Südtirolhaus on a turnkey basis.
It was essential for the young owners to have a single point of contact during the construction work. The entire building services were carried out using state-of-the-art technology, and a generously dimensioned PV system was also installed in conjunction with a storage battery and an electric charging station for electric vehicles thanks to the state subsidy program Superbonus 110%.
Architecturally outstanding are certainly the very cleanly executed sheet metal work and the façade cladding with artificial stone in some areas.
